Valley Oaks Charter School strives to make academic, personal, and career counseling available to every K-12 student as needed. This is done primaily through personal interaction with resource teachers. I have been given the great privelege to work as an added resource with the students and parents of Valley Oaks as the school counselor. Students and parents are free to meet with me anytime I am available. My office is located in the VOCS High School building and I can be reached at 852-6755 or thshelton@kern.org .
