CALM Classes

CALM (California Living Museum)

CALM classes are held once a month, each month studying a specific animal. The classes are free to Valley Oaks Charter School students, but open to other homeschooling students. The VOCS student and an adult will be admitted as members to CALM, no charge. Additional family members or friends will need to pay admission. Classes will be for students in grades 3-6, with a limit of 20 students per class. Call early to reserve your spot, 872-2256 ext. 12. Reservations must be made a week in advance.

The last class of the year focuses on:

• May 8th - Black Bear  (learn more about Black Bears at CALM)

CALM classes are for student grades 3-6. Students must call the museum at 872-2256 x 12 to reserve a space. Classes are the on the second Tuesday of each month from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the museum, 10500 Alfred Harrell Highway.
