Below is a list of VOCS parents and their official positions.

Valley Oaks Parent Advisory Committee's (VOPAC) purpose is to provide parental input to school activities and programs, be a source of support for other Valley Oaks parents, and to coordinate fundraising.

Any parent who has a child enrolled at Valley Oaks is welcome. Attendance at VOPAC meeting and volunteering at sponsored events.  Meetings usually last about an hour, but occasionally we have so much fun they do run over.

Fundraising enriches our chidlren's education by providing the extras that the school budget does not cover.  Joining VOPAC allows parents to see first hand how hard the staff and teachers work in conjunction with the parents to make Valley Oaks a great homeschool program that benefits our children.

Valley Oaks Parent Committee is off to a great start and wants your input.  All meetings begin at 1:00 p.m. at Valley Oaks.

Watch the Parent Place for a VOPAC suggestion box... Help VOPAC help you!  Green and white Valley Oaks T-shirts and sweatshirts are now on sale. Both are available in student and adult sizes.  See your resource teacher for an order form.   Ongoing orders may be made with orders being filled once per month.

Other planned VOPAC sponsored activities include a Christmas Party and Santa Shoppe, Savvy Swap Parent Workshop, Walk-a-Thon, Extravaganza, and Year End Swim Party.  Watch the Calendar for dates, locations, and times.

VOPAC MEETINGS           

VOPAC meetings are held at 1:00 p.m. at the Chester Avenue site.  All are welcome to attend.
